BMW Trainee Sales Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for customers throughout their purchase process.
• Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on BMW/MINI models.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience from enquiry to delivery.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, to match dealership opening hours.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
• Full clean driving licence.
