Boiler House & Facilities Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Boiler House & Facilities Engineer to join our team in Erdington, Birmingham. You will work 10‑hour shifts on a 4‑days‑on / 4‑days‑off pattern, supporting a wide range of building services and plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance across the facility.
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions on HVAC, boiler house, and other plant systems.
• Maintain and service rapid roller‑shutter doors, compressed‑air networks, and access‑control equipment.
• Support the Facilities team in meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environmental targets.

Required profile

• Mechanical or electrical maintenance background.
• Previous maintenance operations experience.
• NVQ Level 3 / C&G Part 3 Advanced (or equivalent).
• HVAC and facilities‑management experience.
