About the role
Join an independent chartered accountancy practice that combines decades of expertise with a modern, people‑focused approach. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to deliver high‑quality outsourced bookkeeping services to a loyal client base, ensuring accurate and timely financial information across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Complete account and bank reconciliations.
- Post PAYE journals.
- Provide full bookkeeping services for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of bookkeeping experience within an accountancy practice or similar environment.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with cloud‑based and traditional accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.
