Bookkeeper – Renewable Energy Investment Management

About the role

Equifind Group is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the finance function of a London‑based investment management firm focused on renewable energy assets. Based in Glasgow, the role works a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office) and offers exposure to the operational finance of renewable infrastructure portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day bookkeeping across renewable asset entities.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Cash management, including monitoring and reconciling cash positions across entities.
• Supporting month‑end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in investment management, energy or infrastructure.
• Fluent Swedish speaker.
• Comfortable managing cash and month‑end responsibilities across multiple entities.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hybrid environment.
