Boomi Integration Developer – ERP Programme

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Boomi Developer with proven experience integrating ERP environments, preferably Infor LN, to join a digital transformation programme. The role will act as the technical lead, designing, building and deploying robust, scalable integration pipelines between the ERP system and the wider enterprise ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test end‑to‑end integration processes using the Boomi AtomSphere platform, including API Management and EDI/B2B profiles.
• Create and optimise data models to extract and inject data to/from Infor LN, converting transactional tables into XML/JSON payloads.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, configure connectors for databases, SFTP and web services, and work with Infor ION where applicable.
• Write custom JavaScript or Groovy scripts within Boomi for complex data transformations, split‑routing and multi‑level parent/child loops.
• Implement enterprise‑grade error‑handling, retry mechanisms and automated alerting to ensure reliable ERP synchronisation.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and third‑party vendors as the integration bridge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Boomi development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Boomi process building, environment management and deployment (Atom/Molecule configuration).
• Experience with EDI standards such as EDIFACT and X12 and API security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SSL, API keys).
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Groovy for custom scripting within Boomi.
• Direct experience integrating Infor LN (or legacy Baan) is highly desirable.
