Boutique Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Boutique Assistant you will act as an ambassador for the Maison, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and seamless service. You will support Sales Associates and contribute to the daily operations of a high‑end boutique located within Selfridges.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage waiting times, and direct them to the hospitality area.
• Provide storytelling about the Maison and maintain a smooth client flow.
• Assist Sales Associates with coordination, gift‑wrapping, and packaging.
• Accompany clients to the exit and support care‑service duties.
• Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, support stock inventories, price labeling, and visual‑merchandising set‑up and breakdown.
• Order boutique supplies such as bags, drinks, and office materials.

Required profile

• Experience in a client‑service role, preferably within luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
