Boutique Stylist – 7.5 hrs per week

About the role

As a Boutique Stylist at Jo Malone London in Farnham, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional, personalized service to visitors from around the world. Working 7.5 hours per week, you will create memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s generosity, curiosity and kindness.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing tailored fragrance advice and storytelling.
• Perform signature Hand and Arm massages and guide wedding consultation sessions.
• Assist with in‑store events such as floral crown workshops, chocolate tastings, cocktail master‑classes and collaborations with artists.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards, merchandising, and overall cleanliness.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and housekeeping duties.
• Achieve individual sales and service targets set by the boutique manager.
