Branch Administrator

About the role

Our client, a leading estate agency, is seeking a proactive Branch Administrator to support daily operations at their Gravesend office. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to work closely with customers, mortgage advisors and solicitors throughout the property sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional administrative support to the branch team.
• Assist customers purchasing properties, liaising with mortgage advisors and solicitors.
• Support the sales process, including exchange and completion of properties.
• Manage back‑office tasks such as documentation, data entry and filing.
• Handle telephone enquiries with a professional and courteous manner.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience (estate agency experience preferred but not essential).
• Demonstrated sales and administrative experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player mentality.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency.
