Branch Assistant – Retail Customer Service

About the role

Join Booker Group as a Branch Assistant in Farnworth, delivering fast‑paced, customer‑focused service in a busy retail environment. You’ll be part of a 5‑day operation, helping customers find what they need, keeping the store well‑stocked, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers at the tills and on the shop floor.
• Maintain full, well‑organized shelves and replenish stock as needed.
• Accurately pick items for deliveries and ensure orders are correctly prepared.
• Support the team in a dynamic environment where daily tasks can vary.
• Uphold health and safety standards and follow store procedures.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and adapt to a fast‑moving setting.
• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Ability to work the specified schedule, including early Saturday shifts.
