Branch Commercial Sales Manager

About the role

City Plumbing is expanding its commercial division and is looking for a dynamic Branch Commercial Sales Manager to lead the non‑residential business in Glasgow. You will own the local commercial strategy, build a new customer base and drive sales and margin targets for the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local Non‑Residential & Commercial business plan to meet sales volume and trading margin targets.
• Identify and acquire new business while growing existing accounts, acting as a trusted partner for customers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end quote process, upsell where possible and coordinate with branch and third‑party logistics to achieve OTIF >98%.
• Maintain the core non‑residential product range and work closely with local suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Champion commercial knowledge within the branch by delivering training and sharing best practices.
