Branch Manager – Glasgow

About the role

Scania is opening a brand‑new branch in Glasgow and is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team. You will be responsible for delivering the high level of customer satisfaction associated with our premium commercial‑vehicle brand while overseeing the performance of the new facility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Glasgow branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across all branch operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and growth through proactive relationship management.
• Manage branch profitability, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Oversee recruitment, retention and talent development initiatives.
• Represent Scania in the local community and maintain the brand’s reputation.
