About the role

Connells, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Swindon residential sales team. This senior position offers the chance to shape performance, grow market share and develop a high‑performing team within one of the UK’s most successful estate agency groups.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of branch performance, sales targets and growth initiatives.
• Motivate, coach and develop a team of estate agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Value and list properties, build strong local relationships and maintain a professional brand presence.
• Monitor market trends, analyse results and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Numeracy and attention to detail for valuation and reporting.
