About the role

Join Gascoigne-Pees, part of the Connells Group, as a Branch Manager in Kingston Upon Thames. You will lead a residential sales team, driving performance, growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the branch’s sales performance and growth.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Value and list properties, building strong local relationships.
• Ensure a professional, results‑driven culture within the branch.
• Monitor targets, budgets and commercial metrics.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience in an estate agency.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient and commercially minded.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence.
