Branch Manager – Luton

About the role

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Luton location. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and manage the full profit‑and‑loss responsibility of a busy equipment‑hire branch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach a team of 20+ staff members.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on sales.
• Maintain full P&L accountability for the branch.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage a hire fleet of approximately 6,000 items.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and leading teams.
• Process‑driven approach to operations.
• Strong commercial focus on sales, delivery and equipment availability.
• Experience in merchanting or equipment hire is highly advantageous.
