Branch Manager – Manchester

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Manchester branch of a growing legal services organisation. This hands‑on operational role is responsible for commercial performance, team development and delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Legal Advisors and Administrators, conducting performance reviews and managing underperformance.
• Own branch revenue, productivity, profitability and key performance indicators, driving improvements in conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure clients receive professional, compliant, high‑quality service and maintain oversight of workflows and operational processes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards, implementing strong governance controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a people leader in a target‑driven environment.
• Hands‑on operational leadership with a focus on commercial results.
• Ability to coach staff, manage performance and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong focus on client experience and quality delivery.

• Salary £45,000 per annum plus performance bonus (OTE £50‑£52k).
