Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Earls Court residential sales team. In this role you will be responsible for driving growth, coaching staff and delivering exceptional customer experiences for one of the UK’s leading estate agency groups.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of the residential sales branch, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Recruit, motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Value and list properties, manage client relationships and negotiate sales.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximise revenue.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong customer focus, resilience and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence.
