Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

Join Bridgfords, part of the Connells Group, as a Branch Manager in Leeds. You will be responsible for leading and growing the residential sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Drive sales results, achieve targets and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Value and list properties, build strong local relationships and maintain market knowledge.
• Embed a culture of professionalism, progression and success within the branch.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience in an estate agency.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching and development.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerate, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence.
