Branch Manager – Residential Sales Team

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Twickenham residential sales team at Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group. This hands‑on leadership position offers the chance to drive performance, develop talent and shape the local property market.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the branch’s sales performance and growth.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Value and list properties, build strong relationships with local clients and partners.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and uphold professional standards.
• Monitor targets, budgets and commercial results, reporting to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial mindset, organised and results‑driven.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence.
