Branch Operations Manager – Northampton (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager for our Northampton branch. The role combines business development, service delivery and financial management, offering a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development by converting new clients and maximising opportunities with existing accounts.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure efficient provision of recruitment services meeting contractual obligations.
• Monitor and improve financial performance of the branch, understanding profitability and taking corrective actions.
• Develop and train staff to adapt to market changes and client needs.
