Branch Sales Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Managers, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building a high‑performing sales team within a defined geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactics to grow market share, profit and other sales objectives for the branch.
• Coach, motivate and manage the sales team, monitoring performance through Crown 360Coach.
• Manage discount levels, health & safety, and well‑being of the team.
• Hire, train and develop sales staff to reach their full potential.
• Prepare sales forecasts, set goals for Area Sales Managers and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of materials‑handling sales experience, preferably in the forklift or pallet‑racking sector.
• Proven track record of new‑business development and meeting sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the financial impact of decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard email tools.
• Excellent presentation and customer‑facing abilities, including product demonstrations and price negotiations.
