Brand Ambassador – In-Store Sampling (Food & Alcohol)

About the role

We are looking for confident, personable Brand Ambassadors to deliver high‑quality in‑store sampling experiences for a curated range of food and drink brands. Working in premium retail environments, you will engage shoppers, share product knowledge and help drive sales through memorable interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present food and alcohol samples to customers in a professional manner.
• Initiate conversations, build rapport and answer product‑related questions.
• Promote key features and recommendations to encourage purchases.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented sampling area and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Represent the brand with a high level of professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Confident and engaging communicator.
• Well‑presented, reliable and customer‑focused.
• Proactive and comfortable sampling alcohol where required.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, promotions or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

• Flexible shift selection (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, 10 am‑5 pm).
