Brand and Marketing Manager – 12‑week temporary role

About the role

This 12‑week temporary position is for a driven Brand and Marketing Manager who will lead high‑impact campaigns for a fast‑paced team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, international counterparts and external agencies to deliver brand‑aligned initiatives across paid and owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise 360° brand and trade campaigns that support business objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external agencies and global brand owners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage the end‑to‑end campaign process from brief through delivery, maintaining efficient workflows.
• Ensure all marketing assets receive required sign‑offs and comply with internal and industry standards.
• Support agency relationships, monitoring budgets, timelines and KPI performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing brand campaigns in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction.
• Creative, self‑motivated and comfortable delivering high‑impact work.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana.
