Brand Lead – Premium & Luxury (3‑month FTC)

About the role

The Brand Lead – Premium & Luxury will report to the Head of Content Marketing and own the brand strategy for the premium and luxury division of Frasers Group, focusing on the FLANNELS and FRASERS brands. This three‑month fixed‑term role is responsible for creating high‑impact brand experiences that cut through market noise and drive both awareness and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear brand strategy aligned with business objectives and measurable brand metrics.
• Integrate brand activity across the full marketing funnel to boost awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to establish and maintain brand guidelines across all channels.
• Monitor brand performance, analyse consumer insights and adjust tactics to ensure relevance and growth.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across fashion, beauty and home categories, linking cultural relevance to commercial results.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of luxury and premium retail markets.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and multi‑channel marketing.
• Proven experience defining and delivering brand positioning in competitive environments.
