Brand Manager – Automotive Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team within a well‑established automotive dealership. You will have genuine influence over sales performance, customer experience and brand growth while working in a supportive environment focused on employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate customer records and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven management experience within a branded automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Good understanding of local market trends and customer behaviour.
• Customer‑focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
