Brand Specialist (Supervisor) - Bottega Veneta Menswear

About the role

Selfridges is hiring a Brand Specialist (Supervisor) for Bottega Veneta Menswear in London. This is a flexible, full-time role where you share product knowledge, train colleagues and build your own client base while working across different departments as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience and handling complaints effectively
• Motivate colleagues by sharing brand knowledge, stories of newness and product exclusives to drive sales
• Train colleagues and cascade product knowledge throughout the department
• Take responsibility for tasks beyond the role expectation and look for ways to improve business, customer service and retail standards
• Follow health and safety and security procedures and help prevent stock loss
• Work flexibly across different departments, adapting to daily changes
• Build and develop your own client base and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Replenish stock and maintain Selfridges standards

Required profile

• Comfortable with sales, CRM and NPS targets, and eager to learn more about them
• A great communicator who can deliver inspiring brand training to the team
• Well informed about competitors and known as a sales and service expert
• Collaborative, keeping your brand partner within the team informed of successes, challenges and customer feedback
• Approachable and ready to coach and support colleagues
• Proud shopkeeper who cares about stock and standards
