Brand Visual Designer – EMEA

About the role

As Sierra’s first dedicated brand designer for EMEA, you will shape how the company’s visual identity appears across European, Middle‑East and African markets. You will work closely with regional marketing leads and the US brand team to ensure a unified yet locally resonant brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Sierra’s brand presence in EMEA as the first dedicated brand designer, defining visual identity across markets.
• Localise global campaigns and content for EMEA, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy and regional nuance.
• Design and produce presentations for the Go‑To‑Market team, turning complex ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Support regional marketing events from concept to execution, creating event collateral, signage and environmental design.
• Maintain and evolve brand systems, templates, guidelines and libraries to enable fast, on‑brand delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of brand development and creative design experience for global B2B, B2C, SaaS or AI products.
• Proven track record localising campaigns for EMEA markets with deep cultural insight.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, start‑up environments and building processes from scratch.
• Strong collaboration skills across time zones and ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Google Slides and Keynote for presentation design.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Figma for UI and visual design.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics production.
• Data visualisation, illustration and typography.
