About the role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join the Imperial London Hotels kitchen team in Bloomsbury. The role involves preparing and presenting high‑quality breakfast buffets for hotel guests while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present a diverse range of breakfast dishes for a large‑scale hotel buffet.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with HACCP procedures and food‑safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to stock, garnish and replenish buffet stations throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas.
• Carry out stock taking and manage inventory of breakfast supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Breakfast Chef in a hotel environment.
• Level 2 Food & Safety qualification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a busy, large‑scale operation.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
