About the role

Atlas Hotels is looking for a friendly Breakfast Team Member to join the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh – Leith Waterfront. This part‑time position involves 15 hours across three days each week, offering a great entry point into hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm “Atlas welcome” to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Prepare, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, and clear tables promptly to keep the service flowing smoothly.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, guest‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a friendly team in a fast‑paced environment.
