Breakfast Waiter – Full‑time, Central London

About the role

Join the vibrant breakfast team at Pullman London St Pancras and deliver a memorable start to our guests' day. As a Breakfast Waiter you will work in a fast‑paced bar and restaurant environment, serving both breakfast and lunch services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and a smile, taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Handle cash and card transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Clear, confident communication with guests and team members.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and comfortable working in a busy morning environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
