Breakfast Waiter – Hotel Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

Join Dalata's friendly hospitality team as a Breakfast Waiter, providing attentive service to hotel guests during the morning shift. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy and work alongside experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and deliver a warm, professional service.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of food and wine to make informed recommendations.
• Upsell menu items and maximize revenue wherever possible.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning of the bar and restaurant areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings and weekends.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel setting is preferred.

Required skills

• Micros POS system (preferred).
