Bricklayer – Domestic Repairs & Repointing

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Bricklayer to join our property maintenance team in Salford, delivering high‑quality domestic repair and repointing work across social housing and private homes.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out brickwork repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
• Repoint brickwork and chimney stacks to restore structural integrity.
• Identify and rectify brickwork defects, including garden wall reinstatements.
• Work safely at height using ladders and scaffolding where required.
• Provide excellent customer service and leave homes clean and safe.
• Record work details accurately using digital systems and PDAs.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying or equivalent trade qualification.
• Proven bricklaying experience, preferably in social housing or property maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Full UK driving licence.
