Bridging Case Manager

About the role

The Coast Partnership Ltd is seeking a Bridging Case Manager to oversee new loan applications from submission to completion. Based in central London, the role is fully office‑based and offers a clear career path within a well‑established bridging intermediary.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of submitted loan applications, ensuring excellent customer service and prioritising business requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and lender criteria knowledge and share updates with the team.
• Process and assess loan requirements, collect signed offers and coordinate with solicitors.
• Work towards agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both individually and as part of the team.
• Liaise with the team leader on case issues and provide feedback on competitors, lenders and introducers.
