About the role
Join an award‑winning financial services provider as a Bridging Finance Broker, specialising in short‑term and development finance solutions. You will work with a high‑performing team delivering bespoke financing to property professionals and high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, structure and advise on bridging loans and development finance opportunities.
- Develop customised financing strategies for time‑sensitive projects.
- Manage the full deal cycle from origination through to completion and post‑settlement.
- Maintain high standards of client service, compliance and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven track record in bridging or development finance brokerage.
- Comfortable engaging with HNW/UHNW clients and professional introducers.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
- Preferably holds CeMAP or equivalent and has FCA‑regulated experience.
