Broker Manager – Asset Finance (Remote)

About the role

This position is for a Business Development / Broker Manager within a fast‑growing independent provider of asset finance. Working remotely, you will focus on the South Wales and South West territory, building and nurturing relationships with commercial finance brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with commercial finance brokers across the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities from your network and proactively approach potential clients.
• Understand client lending requirements, negotiate formal terms and present suitable financing solutions.
• Prepare and write detailed financing proposals to support each deal.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a field‑based financial sales role.
• Comfortable working from home and managing your own schedule.
• Existing network of commercial finance brokers is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in asset finance is preferred.
• Strong credit analysis abilities and excellent written communication.
