Broker Manager – Business Finance Specialist

About the role

The Broker Manager will arrange loans and soft/hard asset finance for businesses seeking funding between £5,000 and £2,000,000. This fast‑paced position offers daily variety, continuous learning and direct impact on company revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners and analyse financial documents.
• Match businesses with appropriate lenders and guide them through the financing process.
• Generate outbound leads when required to expand the pipeline.
• Work closely with the leadership team, sales directors and board members on operations, product development and marketing initiatives.
• Develop sales, negotiation and related skills to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Motivated and qualified candidates with a desire to make an impact.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in commercial finance, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
