Broker Sales Support – Volkswagen Van Centre

About the role

As a Broker Sales Support professional you will act as the primary liaison between our broker network and the Volkswagen Van Centre in Manchester. You will ensure that fleet vehicles are prepared, documented and delivered to customers efficiently while providing a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the delivery of fleet vehicles to customers, confirming specifications match orders.
• Update broker platforms with real‑time vehicle status and upload finance and order documents.
• Coordinate pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) with the service department and arrange delivery packs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance checks before each delivery.
• Provide quoting support for the broker network and chase delivery confirmations to minimise vehicle on‑site time.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Comfortable using multiple IT systems and interacting with internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with the Fleetbase platform or similar fleet management systems.
