About the role
We are looking for a Buddy to join our Nando's team in Spitalfields, London. The Buddy supports new and existing staff through training, induction and day‑to‑day guidance, helping them deliver memorable moments for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties in line with Nando’s standards.
- Assist the manager in recruiting, trial shifts and providing feedback.
- Induct and welcome new team members, ensuring completion of all required training and e‑learning.
- Coach existing staff, monitor compliance and uphold the brand’s Compass values.
- Provide ongoing support, encouragement and constructive feedback to the whole team.

- Strong communication and role‑modeling abilities.
- Commitment to high standards of hospitality and customer experience.
