About the role
Building Consultant London MRICS – sinking, cracking and collapsing buildings your thing? We are looking for a Building Consultant to join a team of experts.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose subsidence damage to residential and commercial properties.
- Provide technical advice, reports and recommendations to clients, insurers and contractors.
Required profile
- Hold MRICS, Assoc. RICS, MCIOB or be progressing towards a professional qualification.
- Previous experience in subsidence engineering or a similar role.
- Practical, hands‑on approach to work.
- Creative and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
