Building Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Building Services Manager to join our Build Team in the London region. The role is primarily remote with occasional visits to the office, offering flexibility while supporting the delivery of high‑quality building services across large projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the selection process for specialist sub‑contractors from our trusted supply chain.
• Oversee commissioning activities and ensure compliance of as‑built and maintenance documentation.
• Compile and present summary reports to the Technical Director on project supervision.
• Review technical sub‑mittals from sub‑contractors with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee installation quality meets our high standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a building services management role.
• Familiarity with main contracting environments and managing specialist sub‑contract partners, preferably on Department for Education projects.
• Track record delivering large building services packages valued at £5M or more.
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
• Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
