Bullhorn Platform Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Product Owner to take ownership of the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, acting as both product and service manager. You will be responsible for the roadmap, releases and overall health of the platform while working closely with Bullhorn and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog and release plan, prioritising optimisation and client roll‑out.
• Handle licence management, cost optimisation and track Bullhorn’s product direction.
• Manage service aspects including SLAs, vendor/partner performance (Bullhorn, Parka, 3B) and running‑cost P&L.
• Act as senior Bullhorn Subject Matter Expert in pre‑sales and tenders on a capacity‑controlled basis.
• Support the TalentLink decommission and client‑migration plan.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Bullhorn/Salesforce platforms and the recruitment/RPO domain.
• Proven experience in product management and Agile delivery, preferably with a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with board‑level and client‑level stakeholders.
