Business Account Manager – Discounters

About the role

KP Snacks is seeking a Business Account Manager to lead the commercial strategy for its discount retailer channel. You will own a £15m+ portfolio, driving revenue, volume and margin while building insight‑led relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full commercial accountability for a £15m+ account portfolio, including forecasting, pricing, trade investment and margin delivery.
• Lead the development, negotiation and execution of Joint Business Plans that create mutual growth.
• Build trusted partnerships at head‑office level and shape strategic account plans.
• Create and implement account strategies aligned with KP Snacks’ wider commercial priorities, covering promotions, distribution growth, range reviews and new product launches.
• Use shopper, category, EPOS and commercial data to identify and drive insight‑led growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large account portfolios (£15m+).
• Strong ability to develop and negotiate Joint Business Plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Shopper Activation and Supply Chain teams.
