Business Account Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Business Account Manager to lead and expand our key regional and national accounts within the wholesale and foodservice sector. You will act as the primary liaison for customers, driving product listings and delivering strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with decision‑makers and secure product listings.
• Achieve annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and win new customers.
• Lead contract and price negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Previous account management or business development experience in foodservice, food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and acquiring new business.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
