Business Analysis & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Onboarding Specialist to drive the analysis, onboarding, and migration of critical applications across complex estates. You will act as the bridge between architecture, delivery teams, and application owners, turning complex landscapes into clear, actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate and maintain accurate application data and inventories.
• Identify application patterns, groupings and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects to assess current‑state environments and define target solutions.
• Engage application owners and technical teams to resolve data gaps and unknowns.
• Support application onboarding onto agreed platforms while tracking risks, blockers and decisions.
• Provide concise status updates and delivery reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong business analysis experience with application portfolios, migrations or onboarding activities.
• Proven ability to organise large amounts of complex information into practical actions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging architects, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative, inclusive problem‑solving approach.
• Experience in cyber security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), infrastructure or regulated environments is highly advantageous.
