Business Analyst – Banking (Digital E‑Channel)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our E‑Channel team in Central London. You will play a pivotal role in shaping digital banking services, improving customer journeys and delivering business‑critical change across online banking, cards and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into Epics, User Stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Support project delivery through process improvement, UAT coordination, documentation and implementation.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, handling internal and customer enquiries to ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or digital banking, or as a Business Analyst in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of online banking, cards, payments and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience using JIRA for agile backlog management.
• Knowledge of SQL (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Power BI (advantageous).
