Business Analyst – Business Transformation / D365

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading Managed Services provider on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Leeds with a hybrid working model, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives across customer‑facing platforms and enterprise systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, converting them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Support the development of customer self‑service portals integrated with third‑party providers.
• Apply knowledge of CRM, ERP and billing architectures to ensure alignment with the wider system landscape.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities through API integration and automation.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation environments.
• Strong background working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of CRM, ERP and billing systems.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps delivery settings.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
