Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of a Digital Transformation Programme. The role is based in London on a three‑month contract and involves analysing data, mapping customer journeys and designing solutions that improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis and solution‑design activities across multiple services.
• Conduct statistical research, customer‑journey mapping and document process flows.
• Compile trends, performance reports and analyses to develop business‑focused solutions.
• Produce high‑quality workshop outputs, including minutes, actions and ideas.
• Translate workshop notes, sketches and process maps into clear user stories.
• Manage several initiatives simultaneously while prioritising your own workload.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with diverse stakeholders and mapping services using various methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse systems and technologies to modernise customer‑focused service delivery.
• Experience supporting cultural change in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a critical, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Firmstep.
• Advanced Excel skills.
