Business Analyst – Drive Change in Housing Sector

About the role

Goodman Masson is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of business processes that support the management of around 8,000 homes in East England. You will work independently, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of complex business requirements across the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with senior leaders, technical teams, and third‑party suppliers to build consensus.
• Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and data‑driven evaluations to inform business cases.
• Assess current processes, design target‑state solutions, and support delivery through testing and implementation.
• Provide guidance on change initiatives to ensure scalable, measurable benefits.

Required profile

• A degree in Business, IT, Management, Economics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives from inception to adoption.
