Business Analyst – Fluent Chinese (1‑Year Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity with an international bank in London. The role supports strategic projects and daily operations, focusing on improving business processes while leveraging fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements for retail/online banking and payments initiatives.
• Review existing workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Assist with project coordination, implementation, and change‑management activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and process changes.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and provide day‑to‑day operational support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within retail banking or online banking/payments.
• Ability to design and execute UAT scenarios.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Excel and preferably PowerBI and SQL.
