Business Analyst – Grade D – 12‑Month Secondment

About the role
As a Business Analyst you will produce high‑quality requirements and other BA deliverables to support changes throughout their delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with the business to understand needs, analyse problems and communicate solutions that align with our strategy, objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions, customer‑journey changes and regulatory updates.
- Produce clear BA artefacts such as user stories, process maps and gap analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across TSB to ensure requirements are understood and feasible.
- Maintain attention to detail while working to tight timescales and delivering autonomously.
Required profile
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Proven problem‑solving ability and data‑driven decision making.
- Experience working in demanding environments with critical deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital project delivery (desirable).
