Business Analyst - HSE Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high‑profile Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) technology implementation programme. The role is based in London with hybrid working and will run for six months on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements for the HSE platform.
• Analyse and map current (As‑Is) and future (To‑Be) processes.
• Support RFI/RFP activities and vendor evaluation.
• Assess data impacts, migration, integration and reporting needs.
• Develop user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and execute testing activities, including UAT coordination and defect management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure solution alignment with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large‑scale technology transformation or software implementation projects.
• Strong background in business process analysis and documentation.
• Experience gathering functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
